Terms of Use

These terms and conditions govern the terms of use and procedures for the services provided by the integrated homepage of Céramique Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "Céramique Clinic") in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree. Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and Céramique Clinic in relation to the internet services (hereinafter the "Services") provided on the integrated homepage of Céramique Clinic (https://www.ceramiqueclinic.com). A user who wishes to become a member is deemed to agree to these Terms by completing the required procedures on the website and clicking the "Reserve" button. Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the Telecommunications Business Act and other related laws and customs of the Republic of Korea. Article 2 (Definition of Member) A "Member" refers to a person who accesses the integrated homepage of Céramique Clinic and registers as an online member in accordance with these Terms to receive the services provided. Article 3 (Membership Registration) A person wishing to register as a member must complete the membership form and click the "Register" button. Céramique Clinic may approve the membership unless the applicant: Was previously disqualified under Article 6, Paragraph 3, unless three years have passed and re-registration is approved; Provides false or incomplete information; Is otherwise deemed unfit due to technical or operational issues. Membership is deemed established when approval is communicated to the applicant. Members must promptly update any changes to their registered information. Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services) Céramique Clinic provides the following services: Email newsletter Online consultation and reservation service Exclusive member content Services provided in partnership with third parties Changes to services or availability will be notified under Article 7, Paragraph 2. Article 5 (Service Suspension) Services may be suspended temporarily due to maintenance, replacement, system failures, or communication issues, or permanently discontinued for operational reasons. In such cases, members will be notified under Article 7, Paragraph 2. However, advance notice may not be possible in cases beyond the Clinic's control. Article 6 (Membership Cancellation and Disqualification) Members may cancel their membership at any time. Céramique Clinic will process the request promptly. Membership may be restricted, suspended, or revoked if the member: Provided false information; Interferes with the use of the site by others or engages in fraudulent activity; Violates the law or public morals using the services. Members will be notified and given an opportunity to explain before membership is revoked. Article 7 (Notification to Members) Notifications to individual members may be sent via the registered email address. General notifications may be posted on the homepage notice board for at least one week. Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information) Céramique Clinic strives to protect personal information in accordance with relevant laws and its Privacy Policy. Article 9 (Obligations of Céramique Clinic) Céramique Clinic will not engage in prohibited or unethical behavior and will strive to provide stable service. The Clinic will implement security systems to protect member data. No unsolicited commercial emails will be sent to members. Article 10 (Member ID and Password Responsibility) Members are responsible for managing their ID and password, except as provided by law. IDs and passwords must not be shared with third parties. If compromised, the member must report it to the Clinic and follow its instructions. Article 11 (Member Obligations) Members shall not: Provide false information; Alter content on the website; Infringe upon rights or disrupt the site; Impersonate others; Post or send spam or offensive content; Share prohibited content; Impersonate site staff; Post malware or harmful code; Harass other members; Collect or disclose others' data without consent; Use the site for commercial solicitation; Violate the Terms or service guidelines. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership. Members are liable for damages caused to others due to their actions. Article 12 (Deletion of Public Posts) Céramique Clinic may delete posts and restrict membership without prior notice if the content: Defames others; Contains immoral or indecent content; Is related to criminal activity; Infringes on intellectual property rights; Is overly commercial; Violates any applicable law. Article 13 (Copyright and Use Restrictions) Copyright of content created by Céramique Clinic belongs to the Clinic. Members may not use such content for commercial purposes or distribute it without prior consent. Article 14 (Consultation Policy) Consultation content may be used for: Academic or clinical use Printed materials or FAQs Consultations may be refused if: Repetitive Contain offensive language Request diagnoses, pricing, or drug effects Seek harmful information Article 15 (Amendment of Terms) The Clinic may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. Amendments will be posted with reasons and effective date at least 7 days in advance. Amended Terms apply to existing members unless otherwise stated. Members who disagree may cancel their membership under Article 6. Article 16 (Jurisdiction) Legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of the Republic of Korea. Addendum These Terms are effective from May 26, 2025, until superseded by new Terms.
